The Challenge:
The organization needed a central, unified platform to represent its mission and connect its members—a diverse group of medical professionals who, until now, didn’t have a shared digital home. They wanted a site that would break away from the typical dry, institutional look of military or medical platforms and instead convey warmth, unity, and pride in their important work. The design had to feel human, uplifting, and contemporary, while maintaining clarity and professionalism.

The Solution:
I led the entire design process—from UX research and wireframing to full responsive UI design. I began by mapping the user journey and identifying key needs, ensuring the structure was intuitive and accessible on both desktop and mobile. Visually, I chose a modern color palette featuring soft purples and deep blues blended in subtle gradients to create a fresh, approachable atmosphere. The homepage includes interactive elements such as a story-style image carousel to convey real-time connection and emotion.

Collaboration with the developer was crucial—we worked closely to bring every animation and detail to life, ensuring that the functionality matched the design vision. The result is a rich, engaging platform that reflects the organization’s values of solidarity, compassion, and community, while offering an updated and appealing digital presence.
